Fix code generator: add always a comma after each signature argument.

For example "((i)i)" produced:

member(const ::DBus::Struct< ::DBus::Struct< int32_t >int32_t >& arg)

And now it produces:

member(const ::DBus::Struct< ::DBus::Struct< int32_t >, int32_t >& arg)
