+Write the function `isEmpty(obj)` which returns `true` if the object has no properties, `false` otherwise.

+Should work like that:

+let schedule = {};
+
+alert( isEmpty(schedule) ); // true
+
+schedule["8:30"] = "get up";
+
+alert( isEmpty(schedule) ); // false
+```
