3a363b2e3d Updated filename for iOS, added token description (#3131) 
The filename to extract the token from the iOS backup has the USERID in the front ({USERID}_mihome.sqlite). A file without the {USERID} existed as well, so i think the clarification is needed.
In addition i added a description of how the token looks so one knows what to look for.

I'm not 100% sure on this but my tests seem to back it up. Unless I list both the chat id and my user id in the allowed_chat_ids parameter then I receive a "Incoming message is not allowed" message in the HA log.

I would recommend to turn the automation off/on for turning off the Lights because, if you do not do this, and you for example turn manually the light on and walk into your motion sensor it will turn off the light(s). I have had this a few times.

b9f725932e Fixed typo (#3071) 
Text says "If no `entity_id` is provided, all speakers are snapshotted.", so I assume setting `entity_id` as optional=no is a typo in the table. Not double checked with the sources, as I have problems with this feature yet.
