Can't select "New videos"

When I'm on Home the selected thing is the first thing in Continue watching which is fine, even though it jumps in there from search before it loaded, I wander what happens when there is nothing in continue watching.

Anyway I can't go down to "New videos" which btw. should be called "New local videos". What happens is that when I press down on the dpad on my TV it jumps first down to the first New videos thumbnail, but then imediatelly down to "New from your subscriptions". Same when I try to go up, no way for me to choose any of the new videos.

Actually this happens on subscriptions also it automatically goes all the way down and no way to stop it.
