Going out of the app sound keeps playing in background #6

When pressing home on my remote the sound keeps playing in the background and when I then start playing something on SmartTube then I hear both sounds at the same time.

Then going back into the app it shows the home view and not the running video. This makes it difficult to stop the video because when I start another video in the app then both are playing audio at the same time.

The only way is to go back back back back until you get to the first back where the video shows up and still plays, only there it's possible to stop the old video.
