Sidebar opening inconsistent #7

Sometimes when I'm on the left and go one more left the sidebar opens, but sometimes it doesn't like on the home in the third row or in the subscriptions in any but the first row, etc. it should be consistent every time I'm all the way on the left and go one more left the sidebar should open, independent of which row I'm on or which view I'm on, even on the search, etc.

For some reason when I go all the way up the sidebar opens which is very weird and should not happen.
