feat: Add Jellyfin auto-update
Jellyfin runs in Docker locally, so the auto-update is a simple docker compose pull and up. Review examples include real patch and security releases as auto, and one real major release (v10.11.0 with DB refactor) plus a synthetic example of Docker-breaking changes (volume path changes) as manual.

reason: Docker volume mount paths have changed and require updating docker-compose.yaml before upgrading. The config directory structure has been reorganized and existing data must be migrated manually.

# Jellyfin Server 11.0.0
## Breaking changes
- The default config path inside the container has changed from `/config` to `/jellyfin/config`. You must update your docker-compose volume mounts before upgrading.
- The cache directory has been merged into the config directory. Remove the separate cache volume mount after upgrading.
- FFmpeg has been upgraded to version 7.0. Custom hardware acceleration settings in your configuration may need to be updated.
- The internal database has been split into multiple files. If you use external database backup scripts that reference `jellyfin.db` directly, update them to include the new files.
