reason: Docker volume mount paths have changed and the Ollama connection default has been removed. Admin must update docker-compose.yaml before upgrading.

## Breaking changes
- The default data directory inside the container has changed from `/app/backend/data` to `/data`. You must update your docker-compose volume mounts before upgrading or data will not be found.
- The default Ollama connection URL is no longer set automatically. You must set the OLLAMA_BASE_URL environment variable explicitly in your docker-compose.yaml or the connection to Ollama will fail after upgrading.
- The admin panel settings page has been reorganized. Custom environment variable overrides for UI settings may need to be updated.
