Paperless is a Docker Compose deployment (compose.yaml), not a scripted install. The previous update.sh reference didn't exist, causing 'bash: update.sh: No such file or directory'. Match the convention used by other Compose services (freshrss, uptime-kuma, grafana, jellyfin).
