Remove toot ID comparsion

It tried to compare the local instance toot ID to the remote one, which is never going to match if the toot is a remote toot.

Redirect interaction URL to correct Mastodon endpoint
...
Previously it just skipped the endpoint, which could mean toots are not yet downloaded on the federated server.
Also properly fixes https://github.com/rugk/mastodon-auto-follow/issues/2 , as we now do not enter any data into "foreign" websites anymore.

As for the new interaction pages (i.e. https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/pull/8202 ), it still falls back to the old "auto-insert Mastodon handle" method.
